Parts Sales Coordinator-Essential Job Duties: this position is responsible for managing and processing incoming orders for parts through various channels, including phone, walk-ins, and e-business requests. This role works closely with the purchasing, warehouse, production, engineering and other departments as necessary to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of sales orders, from the initial inquiry to final fulfillment. Key responsibilities include verifying inventory, entering accurate data into operating systems, coordinating order flow, and communicating build instructions, timelines, and any order changes. The ideal candidate will have background in mechanical/structural components, and electrical/air/hydraulic shematics. Strong customer service and problem solving skills, and proficiency in office software is required. They will thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment, where they will facilitate seamless order management to meet customer needs and maintain operational efficiency.
