Job Description
Oversee and lead Medline's Sales efforts within our key strategic Physician Office customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Establish and deliver sales through consistent calls and relationship building within assigned strategic accounts.
Become knowledgeable of all phases of the customer's business and support their needs with all of Medline's available resources.
Coordinate with Specialists and Product Divisions to establish and lead the implementation of strategies and product conversions.
Introduce and implement Medline programs and/or products that best support the customer's needs.
Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with all key stakeholders within the organizations.
Respond to and implement changes and/or new information that impact the customer.
Required additional skill:
Bachelor's degree required
2+ Years of relevant work/sales experience
Travel required up to 50%
Proficient in CRM software
Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling)
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font)
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns)
