The Coordinator, Brand & Strategy (BAS) Operations plays an important role in supporting the planning and execution of Goodwin’s creative projects and cross-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring operational efficiency and on-time delivery. The role involves coordinating creative and marketing projects from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in optimizing our processes and technologies.
What You Will Do:
- Support the intake and routing process for our creative projects; coordinate with other BAS Operations team members, creatives, offshore production resources, and stakeholders to set clear objectives, expectations, and timelines.
- Oversee monthly project closing audits and assist the BAS Operations Manager and Specialist with key back-end maintenance tasks, including managing user access, generating reports, and updating workflow templates in Adobe Workfront.
- Maintain and monitor the team’s repositories of shared resources, invoices, and assets using SharePoint and Box.
- Coordinate quarterly firmwide headshots sessions including scheduling, arranging building access for photographers, managing the storage of equipment and signs, and monitoring the headshots inbox.
- Assist in managing fast-moving and fluid marketing campaigns from end-to-end, ensuring that milestones are met, strategic alignment is maintained, and cross-functional teams are effectively informed.
- Participate in training team members and new hires on our processes, tools, and best practices.

- Travel: Occasional travel to other Goodwin offices
- Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for extended periods of time in front of a computer screen
- Comfortable working in a PC environment
- Experience with Workfront (preferred) and/or other project management software (a plus)
- 1-2 years of work experience in marketing and creative operations/project management; B2B/professional services experience a plus
- BA in Business Administration or related field or equivalent professional experience
