- Perform supplier risk assessments, develop supplier contingency plans, and perform assigned activities related to Multifamily (MF) Supplier Risk Management program
- Engage and partner with stakeholders within MF division, other 1st line, 2nd line and 3rd line to resolve any concerns or obtain solutions related to MF Supplier Risk Management program.
- Implement processes and tools that support MF Supplier Risk Management Program.
- Support the preparation of MF divisional reports related to supplier risk management.
- Ensure compliance with related enterprise level and MF division level supplier risk frameworks/programs/procedures.
- College Degree
- 2-4 years of operational risk management or vendor management experience
- Sound analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with integrity
- Ability to adapt to change based on team's needs
- An understanding of the Multifamily space and the key topics impacting Multifamily. However, the candidate does not have to be a Multifamily business expert.
