JOB SUMMARY:
The Innovation Implementation Manager will be customer-obsessed and have a passion for doing what's right for customers, franchisees and store teams. They will execute a coordinated and continuous, agile, cross-functional process to ensure continuous improvement in the communication and execution of of Innovation
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Manage the communication, planning, training, testing and verification of innovative platforms and equipment approved by the Innovation Steering Committee
- Installation will include store selection, floor plan development, Operations alignment and coordination of installation crews
- Communication includes SEI Operations alignment, Store level alignment, KVI measurements and timelines
- Coordinate successful training of respective store teams
- Prepare and provide weekly update reports regarding installations and key metrics

EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 4+ years

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Organizational Change Management experience - multi unit retailer
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter who can build a structure and produce actionable outputs from variety of data sources
- High attention to detail; strong executive presences
- Operational and Merchandising experience a plus
