Full Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and work/military experience.
- 5+ years of related systems engineering experience in Unified Communications.
- Strong understanding of Unified Communications design and functions, with expert-level proficiency in system administration. Experience with collaboration tools such as Cisco Jabber and Microsoft Teams, and telephony systems like Cisco Call Manager 12.5 or higher.
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel and other data manipulation tools for sorting, analyzing, and correlating data from multiple sources.
- Ability to develop and execute detailed SOPs and documentation for Unified Communications Engineering.
- Experience in conducting integration proof of concept testing and managing projects related to communication tools.
- Strong expertise in WAN network facilities and protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with a demonstrated attention to detail and a logical approach to manipulating large data sets.
Clearance Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance required and eligibility to obtain a CI poly
