As a Test Technician Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in conducting tests and analyzing results to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring that all necessary tests are conducted accurately and efficiently. Your expertise in test methodologies and tools will be essential in validating product performance and driving continuous improvement in our testing processes.
In this role, you will impact the success of our testing activities by ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers. You will collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing, ensuring that all testing activities are carried out according to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday - Friday
- Conduct tests according to test plans and procedures
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to the engineering team
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during testing
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and efficiency

YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of environmental testing
- 3+ years' experience in electronics test troubleshooting & diagnostics.
- Knowledge of Guidance and Navigation Electronics desired
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
WE VALUE
- Associate's degree in Electronics preferred
- Military and/or Manufacturing repair /Systems test experience preferred
- Previous experience in testing of aerospace electronics preferred.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask.
- Motivated individual with a bias for action
- Manual dexterity and ability to use mechanical/electrical and instrumentation tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Ability to multi-task, manage and execute competing priorities
