  • A. Market Domination

Execute a proven business model to consistently outperform competitors and capture market share. Set and meet aggressive revenue and profit goals, building a team that generates over $1 million in GCI.

Recruit, train, and inspire a high-caliber team of agents to deliver results and exceed client expectations.

Compensation:

$250,000 - $1,000,000

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
  • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer's agents
  • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price
  • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings

Core Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Expand your market presence, generating leads, and driving new opportunities for your team.
  • Strategic Leadership: Execute business plans with precision, ensuring systems and processes are followed to achieve predictable, scalable growth.

Qualifications:
  • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
  • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
