You’ll use your bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience to lead and mentor the EMS team and actively partner across the business. Using technical and leadership abilities to provide oversight and stewardship of EMS projects and process design, engage operations and technology groups in project planning and development and serve as their key point of contact for EMS-related issues. You'll collaborate across departments to develop common practices, establish and report on EMS performance and metrics, and initiate necessary process improvements for the changing grid. In addition, you’ll be responsible for performance of compliance assessments and documentation of operational compliance activities.
