Our client is seeking an experienced CPA to take a high potential role within their tax practice. Through the years, they have built a practice delivering quality solutions to high net worth individuals and their enterprises with compliance, planning and estate and trust matters. As the firm plans for the future, the Tax Manager will have a clear path to the highest levels of leadership.

Highlighted responsibilities:

• Manage and review individual, estate, trust, gift and foundation returns

• Lead client interactions to engage in meaningful conversations and build trust

• Manage workflow including resourcing and billing

• Actively nurture staff and team members

Key qualifications:

• CPA with 7+ years of experience in public accounting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• Possess a thorough understanding of individual, research and general business planning knowledge; an understanding of business returns is a plus

• Technical expertise in tax planning and execution for estate, gift and trust clients
• Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff

Compensation range: $130,000/year – $140,000/year
