2025 SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM QUality Engineering
The LifeNet Health summer internship is a paid ($20/hour) program and includes project work that aligns with our mission Saving Lives, Restoring Health, and Giving Hope. The projects are designed to engage active learning, provide mentor relationships and leadership development over the course of a 10-week program. As a fun bonus, our interns are provided with 8 weeks of golf lessons and a set of clubs to use during the internship program with an end-of-program golf tournament!
The Quality Engineering internship project will provide you with hands-on experience in a corporate environment where you will be exposed to the multiple functions of the Quality Engineering Team to support the business and drive corporate initiatives.
PROJECT DETAILS/TRAINING:
- You will assist with database maintenance and uploading of information for Supply and Vendor Master Records.
- You will assist with ensuring specification sheets have been updated to current format which include verification of supply, and verification that each supplier is maintained on the approved supplier listing.
- You will assist in visual management updates and documents for the safety program.
- You will assist with auditing various entities to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- You will assist the team in prospecting new customers, contribute to lead management, and analyze sales conversion rates.
- You will assist in building and maintaining the reporting site for process monitoring activities for various production lines.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
* You must be actively pursuing a bachelors degree in Biological Sciences. BA in Engineering is preferred. Experience with advanced mathematics, biological sciences, and/or chemistry preferred.
* You must be a rising junior, senior, or a recent graduate pursuing a graduate degree.
* You must be available to commit to the 10-week program (June 2 August 8), full-time, 40 hours/week.
