We are seeking a dynamic and driven intern to join our Future Flow team. This team is at the forefront of our company's intrapreneurial endeavors, creating consumer-centric, scalable, sustainable, and profitable business models across various Operating Units (OUs). The Future Flow team focuses on protecting our core business and growing future opportunities by leveraging dispensed and other connected equipment technologies.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in consumer behavior and technological advancements.
• Project Support: Assist in the development and execution of projects related to new business models, from conception through to implementation.
• Data Management: Collect, organize, and interpret data to support decision-making processes and track project progress.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our business models and support sustainable growth.
• Communications: Create presentations and white papers to inform and influence senior leaders on complex topics, innovation strategies, long-range plans and vision.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports and presentations on project status, findings, and insights to team members and stakeholders.
• Administrative Tasks: Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth project operations.

Education Requirements:

Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.

Functional Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and software is a plus.
• Understanding of digital technologies, such as IoT, cloud computing, AI, are a plus.
• Passionate about innovation, sustainability, and technology.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s and not graduating before December 2025.
