The Brand & Strategy (BAS) Operations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns and creative projects, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving the success of our marketing initiatives. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and optimizing operational processes and technologies to sustain overall efforts.
What You Will Do:
Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and workflows to reduce friction, improve efficiency, and facilitate internal and cross-functional team alignment using Adobe Workfront, and other platforms/technologies, alongside the BAS Operations Manager
Oversee the intake and routing process for creative projects by coordinating with other BAS operations team members, designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to set clear objectives, expectations, and timelines
Manage fast-moving and fluid marketing campaigns from end-to-end ensuring that milestones are met, strategic alignment is maintained, and cross-functional teams are effectively coordinated
Facilitate training team members and new hires on our processes, tools, and best practices
Assist with managing headshots process; own communications about upcoming sessions and monitor sign-ups
Support with external vendor relationship management
Manage and mentor Brand and Strategy Operations intern
Who You Are:
3+ years of proven work experience in marketing and creative operations/project management; B2B/professional services experience working a plus
BA in business administration or related field or equivalent experience
Experience with Workfront (preferred) and/or other project management software
Occasional travel to other offices
A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, capable of developing thoughtful solutions
A strategic communicator, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively to different audiences and ensuring alignment with project goals
An adaptable individual able to pivot quickly in response to changing circumstances, ensuring continuous progress and success
A creative thinker with strong organizational skills, capable of generating innovative ideas while maintaining structure and order in their work
An active learner interested in continuously honing and growing their skillset
A collaborative team player, able to work with colleagues across various departments to achieve common goals and foster a positive work environment
