Responsibilities and Capabilities:
Strategic Communication Development
- Design and implement HCP-focused communication strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
- Create clear, impactful messaging tailored to physicians and HCPs, emphasizing the clinical benefits, efficacy, and safety of our medical devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, regulatory, and clinical affairs, to ensure all communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with corporate objectives.
Campaign Execution and Performance
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns for HCPs, including digital, web, print, and event-based initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive activities, and evolving HCP needs to inform communication strategies.
Content Creation and Management
- Develop a range of communication materials, including brochures, email campaigns, website copy, digital, & social assets, presentations, white papers, and case studies.
- Oversee the creation of physician-facing educational resources, such as webinars, patient diagnostic tools, and training materials.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with sales teams to ensure alignment on communication priorities and provide them with tools to effectively engage HCPs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the launch of new products and campaigns, ensuring physicians and HCPs are informed and engaged.
Skills and Competencies
- Deep understanding of the healthcare environment and HCP communications, including physician workflows, clinical decision-making, and legal and regulatory reviews.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex medical information into clear, engaging messages.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, email marketing, and analytics software.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing Communications or related
- At least 6+ years in planning and executing successful HCP marketing. Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry experience is required.
- Proven experience in multichannel messaging and communications with implementation in website, digital, email, social and paid media.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in project management and compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation: Base salary of $155,000 - $175,000
