Position Summary/Objective
The Revenue Specialist is responsible for various tasks within the Revenue Department, ensuring the accuracy of contract integration and data entry between the Salesforce system (MoR) and the Workday Financial System (ERP). This role includes maintaining and reconciling contract data, identifying and resolving contract integration failures, and supporting the monthly billing processes, including but not limited to Entity Billing. The specialist will work to ensure seamless contract processing and data integrity, collaborating with relevant teams to address discrepancies efficiently.
Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities
- Support monthly billing and invoicing, preparing entity billing
- Ensuring accurate contract validation and maintenance.
- Interpret, enter, and audit complex contracts in the accounting system to ensure correct pricing and compliance.
- Maintain client billing and revenue recognition schedules, ensuring accurate contract data integration.
- Support month-end closing, including contract validation, billing reconciliation, and data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and assist with audits.
- Participate in special projects as assigned by the Revenue Manager or Director.
- Utilize company systems and reporting tools to perform job duties effectively.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience with contracts, billing, revenue, business administration, or related roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Preferred
- Experience with and interest in IT processes/systems preferred
