Data Analytics Manager at Andersen in Oak Park Heights, MN

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role will serve as a key strategic partner to leaders across the Andersen Division. They will influence and make decisions using data and insights that impact our overall sales, marketing, or CX strategic initiatives while also ensuring corporate initiatives and strategies are being met. They will lead and coach a team to tell the story of what the data is showing and influence business decisions by highlighting relevant data insights to leaders.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Development and management of the insights road map across supported areas by facilitating cross-functional collaboration to drive actionable and measurable results. Identify the evolving needs of business and quickly adapt roadmap and objectives. Create, recommend, and implement scalable and repeatable processes/tools/programs within the Andersen Division that drive efficiency and productivity.
Identify complex business problems and recommend innovative and creative solutions. Leads projects/initiatives end-to-end - framing the issue, planning the work, conducting complex analysis, and distilling insights into clear conclusions and recommendations independently and effectively. Proactively make recommendations to senior leaders by being a trusted advisor.
Mentor, coach, and development of next level of leaders within revenue operations team and the greater sales, marketing, or CX organization.
Be a subject matter expert as it relates to data and insights within the Andersen Division. Understand and be able to communicate the high-level strategies internally within the revenue teams and externally to our cross-functional support partners. Be champion of revenue operations initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 10 years' experience in analytics & insights
Strong written and verbal communication
Experience leading a team

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATION

Experience working with sales team, sales tools, sales methodologies
Experience in B2B space
Excellent storytelling capabilities
Problem solving acumen

COMPENSATION:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn between $121,804 - $188,796/year.

In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
