Job Title: HR Retirement Specialist

Location: Foster City, CA 94404/ Austin, TX 78749 (Hybrid model)

Duration: 5+ months (Possible extension)

Pay Range: $40-45/hr

• Working on special retirement projects such as a data clean-up project
• Researching and reconciling Collecting documentation
• Preparing, and fulfilling retirement calculation requests
• Analyzing retirement plan data from vendor and internal reporting team
• Supporting annual audit and government compliance requirements (Forms 5500s, AFN distribution)
• Drafting communications, education, and retirement plan web content

• 5-7+ years of experience in pension, 401k or payroll management
• In-depth knowledge of retirement plan design, administration, and compliance
• BA/BS degree, equivalent preferred
• Payroll and/or third party administration background
• Strong analytic and risk analysis skills
• Must be proficient with Word, Excel, experience W-day a plus
• Prefer advanced project management skills and/or presentation skills
• Advanced knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA law a plus
