Position Summary
The Project Manager, Marketing directs the workflow and completion of all marketing project, ranging across digital and traditional media, serving a national audience. Our Marketing Project Managers field new project requests, refine the scope and requirements, align expectations, prioritize work and get work completed on time. The role is also responsible for accurate document management, ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Essential Functions
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing projects from inception to
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align project goals with business
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to
- Identify and mitigate project risks and
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for
- Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and quality
- Ability to learn new tools and processes Must be comfortable using and mastering a variety of technical tools
- Conduct and lead scoping meetings, manage and resolve conflict between stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes
- Evaluate project intake and change submission requests, communicate tradeoffs and engage key stakeholders in decision-making.
- Make a focused effort to understand the tools, details and efforts of worker resources through cross functional training efforts in order to discover efficiencies for processes across the department (i.e. understand what a designer does, how they do it and how long it takes for different types of projects).
- Engage personally and build deep relationships based on trust across the marketing team and related teams at Guild. Maintain a professional, on-camera presence that goes beyond notetaking to meeting leadership.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree directly related to the position or equivalent, required.
- Minimum one year experience.

PMP or equivalent certifications/licenses required.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Targeted Salary Range: $60,000 - $82,000 annually
Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant’s geographical location.
