What You Will Be Doing
This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside the Vice President of F-16 Production Operations, driving initiatives critical to the success of Lockheed Martin's advanced aerospace manufacturing. Based in Greenville, SC, you will lead special projects, manage key production operations activities, and facilitate high-level communications across production teams, program offices, and support functions. As a trusted partner to leadership, you will develop strategic plans, craft executive briefings, and manage action items to ensure the seamless execution of production objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct special projects related to production operations, including improvement initiatives and high-level briefings for production and program leaders.
- Develop and communicate key messages, executive summaries, and presentations for staff meetings, site visits, all-hands events, and other engagements.
- Facilitate action item management by recording, tracking, and providing status updates to the production team.
- Support the creation and execution of the Production Operations strategic plan.
- Collaborate with production teams, program offices, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations
- Represent the Vice President's office in a professional manner, embodying a leadership presence in both internal and external engagements.
- Travel as necessary to ensure the successful execution of assigned duties.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience working in Production or Operations.
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Experience presenting reports to leadership
Bachelor's degree required
Desired Skills:
Data manipulation and interpretation skills to drive decisions and actions
Understanding of Manufacturing systems and production environments
Technically versed and able to understand technical discussions
Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Roles, Responsibilities and Systems, Culture of Accountability.
Lean/6S/Continuous Improvement
Master's Degree
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
