JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is primarily responsible for developing systems training programs and content that will increase the performance of existing employees and new professionals joining the company. The Program Manager II will lead efforts developing and delivering training for the entire company, including recruiting, sales, leadership/management, business processes, business strategy, and specific job skills as it relates to the Salesforce/Everest system, primarily. The Program Manager II will help coordinate and facilitate both classroom and online learning. They will also manage the set-up, compliance, and completion of various training courses through Apex’s Learning Management System (LMS), analyze the data and make suggestions based on outcomes. The Program Manager II will work with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to develop compliant, accurate, and best-in-class training. Program Manager II should have strong communication skills, be adaptable to change, have strong self-management and organizational skills and be able to work both independently and part of a team. They should display strong collaboration skills with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams. They should display the ability to handle multiple projects and programs simultaneously and possess strong project management skills. They should be strong with data analysis and making data-driven decisions to improve training programs.
- Responsible for the design, development, coordination, communication, and management of the production/distribution of quality, comprehensive learning programs for employees ensuring timelines and deliverables are met for program(s) consistently throughout the year
- Participation in discovery, demos, UAT for all projects within the PMO as it relates to internal systems
- Execution of training strategy, plan, and execution with outputs of training materials such as live recording sessions, transcripts for chats, videos and guides.
- Facilitate daily/weekly training, communication with participants and leadership, and lead discussions and feedback in the assigned program(s)
- Leverages instructional design methodologies and best practices to create learning materials that complement and support instructor-led training, including case studies, role plays, exercises, job aids, and sales enablement tools to support learning
- May be assigned to lead research, review, and disseminate industry, product/service, and project-specific information to ensure internal audiences have current and accurate information to support training audiences
- May be assigned to evaluate knowledge, skill, and performance gaps and make recommendations to directors for how to address with training
- Manages the creation and delivery of knowledge and skills assessments for program evaluations if required
- Conducts needs analyses and consults with business partners to ensure program integrity and relevance to the business.
- May lead engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment of programs with organizational goals
- Champion for training and changes in the Front Office Systems
- Manages performance tracking via milestones, metrics and statistics. May lead cross-functional collaboration with leaders to ensure programs meet expectations and intended outcomes
- Implements feedback and continuous updates and improvements in alignment with the business
- Stays current with industry trends keeping abreast of the latest developments in learning and development to incorporate best practices and innovative solutions
- Continuously builds internal relationships to partner with subject matter experts to feature in training programs
- Stays current with organizational changes and makes sure programs are updated and reflected in real time
- Helps train/coach the employees supporting the program(s) and provides feedback
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of corporate training or sales training experience
- 3+ years of CRM and/or ATS experience (as user or trainer)
- Preferred 3+ years in Sales or 2+ years in Recruiter at Apex Systems
- Preferred 2+ years in Training and Development at Apex Systems
- Preferred Salesforce experience
- Effective facilitation skills in a classroom and distance learning environment required
- Experience designing and developing training for blended learning environments, including instructor-led, web-based, etc. required
- Experience working with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to accomplish key objectives required
- Experience administering a Learning Management System required
- Instructional design experience required
- Experience using Training & Development tools (Articulate, Snagit, Camtasia, Canva, SharePoint, etc.) required
