Full Job Description

In this position you’ll be providing support to the production department by executing operational duties as defined by safety, quality and productivity parameters.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Operate multiple filler types and support equipment and/or understand batch mixing for simple, juice and emulsion mixes as well as Pasteurization and homogenization batches.

  • Forklift operation

  • Detailed documentation

  • Drive Innovative Business Improvements: Develop new insights into solutions for organizational improvements; promote a work environment that fosters creative thinking, innovation and informed risk taking

  • Balance Immediate and long-Term Priorities: Seek to meet critical objectives while considering the impact of those decisions and activities on the ability to achieve long-term goals.

  • Deliver Results: focus on the critical few objectives that add the most value and channel own and others’ energy to consistently deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.

  • Imports and Exports good Ideas: Relentlessly seek, share and adopt ideas and best practices in and outside the company and embrace change introduced by others.

Qualification & Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent

  • 2-5 years of successful experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP

  • Strong knowledge of GMP/ HACCP

  • Understanding and knowledge of basic Lean Manufacturing tools and concepts

  • Good math skills, Strong problem solving skills, Strong team interaction.
