The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate and drive pharmacy training initiatives within the region. This role is critical in ensuring that we "Get There Together" and "Earn Trust and Keep it," and will bring our core values to life. As an Advanced Training Pharmacy Technician, the incumbent will create a positive training experience by demonstrating essential functions of the Pharmacy Technician role, explaining standard work, and helping customers achieve whole health for life. This role creates an open learning environment to ask questions and provide feedback for ongoing development for all associates involved.
