Network Real Estate Specialist
30 Month Contract
Site:Alpharetta, GA, USA 30022 (Hybrid)
Description:
- Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years
Responsibilities:
- Drive project completion and site acquisition
- Track vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated
- Conform to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies
- Work in multiple systems
- Manage project budgets
- Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and project team
- Ensure all parties are aware of project status
- Conduct deployment calls
Must-Have Skills (Most Important):
- PMO Tracking and Reporting
- Expert Communication
- Experience in MACRO Real Estate relating to MACRO New Build - Colocation and Rawland
- Experience with PROW Small Cell - Candidate Selection, MR Process, Regulatory, etc.
Desired Skills:
- Field Experience
- Executive Reporting
- Experience in running deployment calls and the ability to push projects and vendors to complete key project milestones
Education/Certifications:
- Or Equivalent work/field experience
