JOB SUMMARY:

The Innovation Implementation Manager will be customer-obsessed and have a passion for doing what's right for customers, franchisees and store teams. They will execute a coordinated and continuous, agile, cross-functional process to ensure continuous improvement in the communication and execution of of Innovation

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Manage the communication, planning, training, testing and verification of innovative platforms and equipment approved by the Innovation Steering Committee
Installation will include store selection, floor plan development, Operations alignment and coordination of installation crews
Communication includes SEI Operations alignment, Store level alignment, KVI measurements and timelines
Coordinate successful training of respective store teams
Prepare and provide weekly update reports regarding installations and key metrics

EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Organizational Change Management experience - multi unit retailer
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter who can build a structure and produce actionable outputs from variety of data sources
High attention to detail; strong executive presences
Operational and Merchandising experience a plus
