SUMMARY
Team members provide important leadership in connecting supply chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver) across IT and business teams to ensure end to end processes align with business strategy and deliver against business objectives. This role will support the Transportation systems and processes. We are looking for talented individuals with expertise in transportation processes & systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with Blue Yonder TMS, and integrations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop close partnership with business users to truly understand needs, connect with other team members to facilitate technical conversations to ensure end-to-end solution optimization.
Evaluate business needs, translate and clarify user requirements, and provide solution ideas leveraging an agile mindset to deliver value.
Implement new applications or system functionality in support of the logistics strategy.
Understand existing processes and systems identifying recurring themes and delivering ideas that eliminate waste, improve and streamline processes, and reduce time spent on support.
Diagnose problems and restore service promptly by engaging with system users, other members of the IT Department, software vendors, and service providers.
Carry out assigned activities during system releases, upgrades and bug fixes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related discipline
5 or more years of related experience
Blue Yonder TMS techno-functional experience or equivalent
Industry-relevant business process and system experience in transportation
TMS implementation and/or upgrade experience
Desire to understand of the integration points with other modules and applications
Superior interpersonal and communication skills with technical and business partners, adjusting communication to fit the audience
Tenacity to overcome challenges, seeking and providing advice and input to achieve desired result
Employs an analytical, methodical, logical approach to problem solving, and innovative approaches to business and technical challenges
Displays a structured and self-disciplined approach to working - able to work on own initiative
Exhibits sound business judgment and sees developing strong business and technical relationships as a key to success
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with the ability to prioritize conflicting activities, raising roadblocks early

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
