THE WORK

Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation within Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a team member in the Financial Planning and Analysis Function to support our Stratford, Connecticut location.
- Provide financial leadership and guidance across functional teams
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between partners
- Utilize the financial systems and communicate the financial metrics required to ensure focus on effective cost management and business metrics (Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash Flow.)
- Contribute to the accurate, concise and timely preparation of executive presentations
- Support ad hoc reporting and analysis to Programs and Finance Management

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or relevant discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of basic financial concepts such as cost accumulation, profit and loss calculations, financial statements.
- Experience with public speaking and excellent communication skills
- Experience with working on a team or group project
- Quick learner with aptitude for various financial systems and processes

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
