Our client, a luxury tequila brand, is looking for an Event Producer with PR experience to join their team! This role is a freelance to full-time position with a hybrid schedule in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Lead communications and collaborate with team on refining concepts, pitches and executions
- Conceive creative for events and develop proposals
- Concept and pitch "out of the box" events, that are ultimately Instagram-able.
- Source and make strategic recommendations on venues, decor, third-party vendors, etc.
- Oversee budgets and project timelines
- Lead logistics and on-ground support at events, as well as post-event reporting
- Some evening and weekends required
Must Haves:
- 3+ years experience with events or PR
- Experience working with small budgets, as well as larger budgets
- Bilingual, Spanish-speaking
Nice to Haves:
- Creative, collaborative mind-set with a passion for fashion, lifestyle, and food/bev
- Past experience in luxury, hospitality or food/bev is a plus
- Self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment
