Supervisor Electrical Instrumentation Maintenance
Where will you work: You will be based at our Four Corners Mining facility (11200 State Road 37 S. | Bradley, FL 33830) Our supervisors enjoy a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. Note: there could be occasional on-call duties.
Are you an experienced leader in electrical maintenance looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Supervisor, Electrical Maintenance to join our team. In this role, you will manage and direct maintenance activities for EIA Technicians, ensuring the execution of asset health management tools such as PM, PDM, and RCFA. You will oversee workflow processes, including planning and scheduling, and motivate your team for higher engagement. Your responsibilities will also include conducting audits and inspections, reviewing and authorizing work permits, and ensuring safety, organization, and project standards are met. Additionally, you will be involved in maintenance, sustaining capital, and expansion commissioning activities. If you are detail-oriented and committed to excellence, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
Assist in identification of maintenance expense budget
Enforce internal work standards
Provide work direction to the team
Provide timely and constructive feedback ensuring employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, business goals and performance standards
Manage performance issues
Develop and coach employees to grow organizational talent
Support employees with career development
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance job plans
Execute weekly maintenance routine work flow schedule
What you’ll need:
HS Diploma or GED
5+ years of experience in heavy industrial electrical maintenance
2 years supervisory experience for internals a combination of step and other supervisory experience will be considered
Journeyperson Electrician - Other certification is highly desirable
SAP experience
Microsoft Office experience
