Summary

The Director, Strategic Initiative is responsible for driving key strategic priorities and project to execution across the ACCB organization. Leads cross functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation of key projects.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, plan, and manage strategic initiatives.
• Manage budget and resources assigned to key project.
• Provide the leadership and program management necessary to implement key strategic initiatives across all functions and with 3rd party providers.
• Assess business activities and identifies opportunities to drive strategic improvement.
• Drive business transformation initiatives and ongoing process improvement.
• Lead the training and sharing of knowledge with local facility teams.
• Partner with business in improving performance in key business metrics.
• Provide change management leadership to ensure sustainability of key business initiatives.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 7year strategy and program management required, or minimum of 10 years of strategy and program management job experience, including people management, multi-level communication, and leadership required.
  • Coca-Cola system experience preferred.
  • Continuous Improvement experience preferred.

• EXPERIENCE:
  • Interpret financial statements, value chains, and pricing guidelines.
  • Cross functional knowledge
  • Proven track record of successful program management leading large cross enterprise projects >$20 MM.
  • Experience developing and implementing business strategies.
