Our B2B Healthcare client is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to join their team!
The client is looking to fill this need as soon as possible, freelance to start at 40 hours a week.
This role is open to remote candidates, but must be able to come onsite 3 days a week in North Chicago for full time/direct hire.
The Director of Demand Generation will be responsible for managing all Marketo email operations which will include:
- Managing 2 junior employees
- Working with the sales and marketing teams to ensure successful lead handoff and opportunity creation
- A/B testing of emails and forms, optimizing conversions and translating the data for the sales team
The Director of Demand Generation must have:
- At least 5 years of experience
- Expert Marketo experience with an understanding of HTML and email template creation
- B2B experience preferably in the healthcare space
- Experience managing a team of 2+
- Proven ability of creative and driving recommendations
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
