We are embarking on a multi-year transformation journey to modernize our network of Pilot Plant operations. This initiative aims to enhance our facilities with state-of-the-art IIoT, smart R&D operations, and advanced data acquisition technologies. To achieve this, we are redefining our approach to engineering and automation. Historically, automation solutions have been designed and implemented at individual plant levels. Moving forward, we will establish a unified set of automation standards and guidelines applicable across our entire network.
We seek an experienced IT/OT Infrastructure Director who will play a crucial role in this transformation by ensuring the technological preparedness and seamless integration of the Pilot Plant network. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing these standards in collaboration with our Pilot Plant teams and system integrators.
The IT/OT Infrastructure Director will provide leadership, coordination, and strategic direction in the field of IT/OT convergence, guiding Process Engineer teams across all locations and managing relationships with external technical service providers. You will closely collaborate with internal IT/OT subject matter experts to evaluate and implement cutting-edge automation technologies, share best practices, and drive standardization across our Pilot Plants.
