Responsibilities

This person will be based in the Springfield, IL facility to primarily support the activities in the Depot. This position will become trained on the various product lines for Food and will be able to support all the products. Besides working on repairs/routine maintenance on instruments in the Depot, this position will also have the following duties:

- Interface with customers to follow up on Estimates

- Provide phone and email support to customers

- Complete preventative maintenance work in the field

- Coordinate service inventory and supplies for the depot

- Repack instruments after repair/maintenance for return to the customer

- Complete setup of new instruments before shipping to customers. This will require interface with customer to confirm we have all requirements understood.

Basic Requirements:

• Associate Degree in technical field or equivalent years of experience.
• Ability to work multiple repairs at same time.
• Troubleshooting / Critical thinking skill set.
• Experience with customer interface to manage expectations.
• Computer skills to navigate Outlook, Excel, Word, and ServiceMax.
