JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for competitive, self-motivated individuals who have the drive to succeed and contribute to our next level of growth. This position is the main point of contact for contractors at certain key clients pertaining to hours worked, performance management, training and development, contract length, and all communications. They will coordinate with Employee Services as it relates to benefits and pay issues. The goal is to be the best when it comes to Customer Service for our contractors.
Other responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing lunches, coffee meetings, and appreciation events with our contractor workforce
- Conducting regular phone calls with our contractor workforce to build relationships, gauge job/contract/client satisfaction, uncover and address concerns and questions, and assist with any other needs that may arise
- Managing and increasing replacement of current and past contractors, as well as our competitor’s contractors
- Coordinating with recruiters and candidates during the offboarding process
- Helping with New Hire paperwork/Compliance
- Tracking and reporting of client specific data
- Generating leads and future business opportunities, while gaining market knowledge of competition
- Supporting and educating local office on customer service and relationship building best practices
- A self-starter with a high sense of urgency and a strong will to be the best
- Process- and solution-oriented
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Excellent organizational skills with solid documentation skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Be energetic and enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Must be a team player
- Coachable and receptive to feedback
- Experience with Excel
- Experience in Customer Service
- This position will be a hybrid role and requires at least 3 days in-office per week
