Job Description

Demonstrate the ability to prepare project execution plans and identify technical and business resources needed.
Review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules and prepare status reports for review and approval by executive management.
Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Oversee the business unit preparation for quarterly business reviews, monthly business reviews, annual operating plans, integrated business plans, strategy sessions, internal research and development plans, and other key executive events
Coordinate with business unit operations managers for organizational engagements
Interact with Government Relations for senior leader functions
Manage the business area overhead pool to ensure responsible expenditures
Preparation and execution of the business area monthly cadence
Development, preparation, and execution of quarterly and annual strategic schedule
Strategic workforce planning - team building; plan formulation, execution, and assessment
Develop and execute plans to support cross-sector, cross-corporation, and multi-company executive steering groups
Manage the executive schedule and prepare attendees ahead of meetings with industry, organizations, potential partners, etc.
Interface with security representatives within the company, across companies, with the Government, and across Government boundaries to ensure appropriate security postures for executive sessions
Experience interfacing with senior leadership of the DoD, including general/flag officers, senior executive service, and political appointees
Working familiarity with task management systems or the ability to develop internal task management solutions
Accountability to VPGM ASFS

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $116419 - $197912

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
