Title: Business Analyst
Location: Houston, TX 77002
Schedule: Hybrid
Duration: 6 month
Educational background
Don't need PMP, product owner, scrum master
Being able to communicate what they've done
Process improvement, call center, writing, editing experience
Must Have:
- 1-2 years of experience as a BA
- Experience in writing "change" communications, processing documents, gathering business requirements and performing testing.
- Good communication skills
- Experience with MS Suite; Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
