Reporting to the Procurement Manager You will helps place large purchase orders or purchases small ticket items against previously established contracts with consideration to quality, reliability and urgency of need. You'll follow up with suppliers regarding order status and obtain certification when orders are delivered. You'll also maintain records and files.
You Will:
- Help with the onboarding process of new suppliers, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are collected and verified.
- Manage the supplier qualification process, including the evaluation of supplier capabilities and compliance with company standards.
- Support the procurement team in negotiating and managing supplier contracts through CLM
- Support the procurement team with project and value tracking through Clarizen
- Build relationships with multiple cross-functional contacts
- Support business process improvements and documentation
- Provide research and analytical support for various issues and ad hoc projects
- Develop an understanding of SAP processes and data
- Develop an understanding of market dynamics and cost drivers.
- Develop an understanding of company facilities and requirements, capabilities, processes, and constraints.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous intern, or work experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Finance
- Excel - Intermediate level
- Open to learning new systems: SAP, Pilog, PowerBI
- Continuous improvement mindset and methodology
- In the office 3 days per week, Tuesday - Thursday

Compensation:
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
